During her residency, Dr. Tavakolian's life took a beautiful turn when she met her husband, Dr. Paul Tavakolian, a talented orthopedic surgeon and Dallas native. The couple also shares many interests outside of medicine including traveling, hiking, cooking, and staying active together.
